The newest deluxe junk of the fleet - the Indochina Sail - just start in early April 2007. With well-appointed design and decor, the junk will together with its twin sister bring guests exellent experience cruising the Wold Heritage site.

Measuring 40 meters in length, this newly built, custom-designed yacht features three decks that house an elegant restaurant, two bars, a small library, and a massage room—plus ten luxurious sleeping cabins. With so much space, passengers can truly unwind and enjoy the bay’s magnificent scenery.

While all those who visit Halong Bay are charmed by the archipelago’s beauty, few visitors are aware that the three-thousand islands that dot this bay are home to many rare plants, including species found nowhere else in the world. We chose our boat’s name— the Indochina Sail —because, like the plant it was named after, our junk is perfectly suited to this environment. forests and active wildlife. Arrive at rural Viet Hai Village, enjoy scenery

13.30 – 15.45 Optional Tour Program: take a rather steep hiking trip up Navy Peak (Dao Hai Quan) and be rewarded with spectacular views over Halong Bay or take walking tour through Viet Hai Village and enjoy the tranquil scenery amongst green rice paddies. Take return bicycle trip back to tender
16.00 – 18.30 Return transfer by wooden tender to boat
18.40 Depart by boat to Luon Bo Area
19.00 Arrive by boat at Luon Bo Area – anchoring for overnight
